TruckAccidentLawyer.wiki Opens as a Sourced Truck Crash Reference

ATLANTA, GA – October 28, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

TruckAccidentLawyer.wiki has been introduced to the public as Truck Crash Reference, a sourced reference on large-truck crash mechanics, federal safety rules and the evidence used in civil claims. The site is available at https://truckaccidentlawyer.wiki/.

Entries describe configurations including jackknife, underride and rollover crashes, then connect them to subjects such as hours of service, electronic logging devices and vehicle maintenance.

Federal material forms the national core of the publication. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulates commercial motor vehicle safety, and its regulations address driver qualifications, vehicle operation and carrier responsibilities. The reference explains that whether a given rule applies depends on the operation and on the definitions and exceptions in the regulations, rather than on whether a vehicle is simply called a truck. A federal safety rule and a state damages claim are treated as separate questions.

The entry on federal trucking rules illustrates the approach. It walks through the regulations by subject, with driver qualifications in Part 391, driving rules in Part 392, equipment and cargo in Part 393, hours of service in Part 395 and inspection and maintenance in Part 396. It also notes that the federal definition of a commercial motor vehicle is not the same as the commercial driver license threshold.

“A truck crash raises two different questions, what a safety rule requires and what can be proven about one collision,” a spokesperson for TruckAccidentLawyer.wiki said. “This reference keeps those questions apart. It starts with the crash configuration, points to the regulation or agency publication behind each statement, and labels Georgia law so it is not mistaken for a national rule.”

The cargo securement entry describes the Part 393 performance and equipment requirements and the driver checks in Section 392.9, and notes that a loading company’s involvement does not by itself establish who is legally responsible for a shifted load. The drug and alcohol testing entry explains that Part 382 applies principally to commercial driving subject to commercial driver license requirements, and that post-crash testing has specific triggers and time limits.

The financial responsibility entry describes the Part 387 minimum levels of public liability protection and states that a regulatory minimum is not proof of the insurance available for a particular collision or of the amount of an injured person’s damages. The leasing entry explains that Part 376 addresses covered equipment leases to authorized carriers and that its control requirements are not a universal finding that every owner-operator is an employee for every legal purpose.

The Georgia entries address selected state-law issues, and the site states that they are not to be applied to another state. Evidence entries cover engine control modules and other electronic crash data, along with carrier records, preservation and spoliation.

Sourcing follows a written editorial policy. A checked date records when a source was accessed, not a legal certification. Citations identify evidence for an entry and do not imply that any agency approved the publication. Corrections require comparison with the cited document and any later controlling authority, and conflicting or unsupported claims are narrowed or omitted.

Other entries address brain and spinal cord injuries, wrongful death after a truck crash, and the costs of claims and litigation. Medical entries do not diagnose injuries or replace medical care, and the legal notice states that reading the publication does not create an attorney-client relationship. The material is general information rather than legal advice for a particular claim, and applicable law, exceptions and deadlines depend on the facts and the jurisdiction. References to a law firm on the site are not rankings or endorsements.

The release and its later syndicated copies are collected on the truck accident lawyer reference announcement page.
